Snapping the GN beam shields onto the forearms was the highlight of this build—they lock in tight and hold their pose way better than I expected. Panel lining the dark blue armor really makes the detail pop, though I'd grab a fine-tip marker because the grooves are shallow in spots.
The GN Drive housing on the back actually opens and closes, which I didn't expect on a kit this size. Panel lining took me a whole evening and it was worth it, the leg thrusters alone have more detail than my last three builds combined.
The color separation on the orange and white armor pieces means barely any painting, which I appreciated. Joints hold poses well, though the back-mounted cannon makes it top-heavy enough that a stand basically becomes necessary.
