Snapped together in about an hour with no glue needed, and the chunky SD proportions give it way more shelf presence than I expected for such a small kit. The red plastic is nicely molded too, barely any nub marks to clean up.
The SD proportions on this Astray look way chunkier in person than in the photos, and honestly that's why I like it. Panel lining was a breeze since the parts separate cleanly. Took maybe an hour and a half total, which is perfect for a weekend build.
Snapped together in one evening and the color separation on the red frame is sharper than I expected for such a small kit. The compact size fits perfectly on my desk shelf next to my other SDs.
