From the creator of Dragon Ball, comes the android girl Arale, from the TV and Manga series Dr. Slump! This Figure-rise Mechanics version allows you to build Arale’s internal components and display with either a semi-translucent outfit or opaque exterior.
The little hinge joints on her legs are surprisingly sturdy for such a small kit, and the "Mechanics" gimmick of building the inner frame first makes the armor panels snap on with a satisfying click. Took me an evening to finish, and she looks perfect next to my other anime figures.
The internal frame takes shape quickly and the way her little legs and arms articulate once assembled is surprisingly fun to fiddle with. Being able to leave the see-through panel off to show the mechanics makes it a cool desk piece, too.
